This blog tends to avoid technology discussions. That readership is more than well catered for elsewhere. But a colleague just pointed me to this new video of Steve Ballmer (CEO of Microsoft, in case you didn’t know).

It’s a parody of the infamous “Monkey Boy” video (see here) in which Mr Ballmer delivers a typically, erm, enthusiastic presentation.

Of course, Apple and Microsoft are competitors, and Microsoft wants what Apple has - market domination with their iPod/iTunes/iPhone products and services. Microsoft is challenging this with their Zune player and services.

What makes it all the more interesting is that a Microsoft employee apparently had a hand in the internal circulation of this video. Ex-employee probably.
