This is a question I pondered on in Curio podcast #4. Not sure if I reach any definite conclusions, but I do know that the power of wanting to believe often makes people arrive at the answers they want. Irrespective of the evidence before them.

It’s not just UFO’s, of course. It’s pretty much all “paranormal” phenomena.

Do cameraphones mean the end of the UFO phenomenon?:
