iPods Being Replaced With “Strange Notes” « Operation Awakening:

“A little girl thought she was getting an iPod for Christmas but ended up getting a rude surprise. She got the box but when she opened it up, she found a surprising switch: the iPod had been replaced with a bizarre note.”

It must the time of year. The Guardian carries this story about a punch-up on an Antarctic base, leaving one person with a broken jaw. The Beeb tops that with a report of a dust-up between rival Christian groups in no lesser place than The Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem.

To the rest of us, it’s a material that looks like skin. There’s a bunch of bags, hats and other accessories made from it. Cool, and weird at the same time.

BBC NEWS | World | Americas | US zoo baffled by tiger’s escape:

“Investigators are trying to establish how a tiger escaped from its grotto at San Francisco Zoo and attacked three visitors, killing one.”

It’s going to take three years, starting next Spring. Sounds highly interesting. I wonder if it will be possible to correlate these documents with findings from France’s OVNI files?

MoD to open British UFO X-files - Telegraph:

“Top-secret details about hundreds of sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects are to be released for public viewing in response to the nation’s continuing fascination with the subject.”
